Interruption-free labeling thanks to the HERMA 500’s redundancy function
Reliable, non-stop labeling is now available with our newly integrated redundancy function on the HERMA 500. This means that at the end of a roll or in the event of another fault, two HERMA 500 applicators connected in series can take turns, since they communicate directly with one another. An additional PLC is not required. This ensures reliable processes, preventing both products with no labels and products with duplicate labels.
Easy to set up and functional at all times
- Easy to activate the function with a code
- Buy directly in myHERMA and activate with HERMA 500
No duplicate labels or products with missing labels
- Two HERMA 500 labeling machines communicating with one another
- At the end of the roll or in the event of another fault, the second labeling machine takes over
Efficient labeling process guaranteed
- No downtime thanks to perfect coordination of the two applicators
- Non-stop labeling means considerable time savings for the user
No additional PLC required
- No subsequent hardware connection
- Suitable for all types of labeling
No compromises, absolute performance
Don’t choose between speed, precision, usability and reliability – with the HERMA 500, you can have it all!
